Imagine a life separated from your biological family, bouncing from one foster
home to another. As a young adult, you have never paid rent, bought your
own groceries or managed your own expenses. Would you be able to do it?
Mission:
To provide encouragement, hope, support and guidance, while
successfully meeting the transitional needs of young girls aging out of
the foster care system.
Vision:
Beautyful Waves will provide a comprehensive and cost-effective community that
provides transitional housing and will allow for the teaching and
practical application of adult living skills with positive role models,
mentors and leaders in a safe and caring environment. We will provide
Hope, Acceptance, Love, Support, Guidance and instill "Fearless Faith" in
young girls as they transition to productive independent adults within
our communities.
